Please read this before submitting a bug

To have a better communication and understanding, we hope you can submit a bug with the following information.
 
  • Computer Operating System,
  • The XMind version no., which can be checked from the About dialog ( Help -- About on Windows/Linux and XMind -- About on Mac OS.),
  • Bug description,
  • The steps to reproduce this bug,
  • XMind log file (the way to locate it),
  • One or more screenshots (It will be better to offer this).

With these information, XMind guys can reproduce the submitted bug easily, find out why it happens and find a solution faster. If you submit a bug publicly, other XMind users will understand you quickly.
