What should I do, if I can not open my XMind file saved on my computer?

If you can not open your XMind map saved on your computer, please try to find the backup file in Black Box in XMind first. (Window>Black Box)

If you can’t find the backup file, please contact us and send your corrupted XMind file to support@xmind.net. We will try to fix your XMind file on our side.
