Create an effective diet plan in 3 steps

1 Step: Launch XMind.


XMind, more than a mind mapping software, offers over a dozen of map structures for you to choose from, such as Fishbone Chart, Timeline, Org Chart, Logic Chart etc. For creating a diet plan, Matrix is a great choice. In XMind, you can simply create a blank mind map with the Matrix structure.



 

2 Step: Add a table.

You can easily add a row (column) by clicking the “Add Row (Column)” button beside the Matrix title (central topic); add a column (row) by selecting any column (row) title and clicking the Enter key. You can start by entering Monday in Label 1 and Breakfast in the first column.




 

3 Step: List your personalized diet plan.
 

Double click on a cell you can add topics and enter what you plan to eat. You can use Enter key to add a brother topic, Tab key to add a subtopic.



After finishing your diet plan, you can print it out and stick it on your fridge.
