How to view and manage your XMind account and subscription related information?

As XMind ZEN is a subscription-based product, your XMind account is needed to manage your subscriptions. This article will show you how to view and modify your account information.

Visit your XMind account:

1. Visit
2. Enter your email/XMind ID and password to log in.

3. Your XMind ID will be displayed in the upper right corner of the webpage. Click and enter the account information management page.
4. On this page, you can view your subscriptions information, manage your devices, and modify personal account information.

Account Information


In this column, you can see all the subscriptions under your account. Including the products you subscribe to and their expiration time.
If you subscribed to XMind ZEN on our website, you can cancel the automatic renewal by clicking "Cancel Subscription".


Device Management

In this column, you can see all the electronic devices where you have logged in and activated XMind ZEN or XMind for iOS.
You can manage these devices. Clicking on “Unlink” will cancel the association of your account with this device.

Edit Profile

In this column, you can view and modify your profile and change your password.
If you accidentally entered a wrong email address when creating your XMind account, or the email address you used when you registered was no longer used, you can click “Email” to change the wrong email address to the correct one. After you save your changes, you can use the new email address the next time you log in.
