There is a device limit for subscribers of XMind ZEN. This article will tell you how to manage your devices.
XMind ZEN Desktop: An XMind ID can activate the full version of XMind ZEN on two computers at the same time, supporting both Windows PC and Mac.
XMind for iOS: An XMind ID can activate the App on one iPhone and one iPad at the same time.
If you subscribe to the package of XMind ZEN Desktop + XMind for iOS, your XMind ID can use XMind ZEN on two computers, an iPhone and an iPad at the same time.
You can log in to xmind.net with your XMind ID, enter the personal account management page, and select "Device Management". From there, you can see information about all the devices you have logged in to. You can cancel the association of your XMind ID with this device by clicking "Unlink".
As there is device limit for XMind ZEN, the program will inform you if your XMind ID has logged in more devices than the limit.
In XMind ZEN Desktop:
If you have already logged in to XMind ZEN on two computers and you now need to use XMind ZEN on the third computer, after you enter the account and the password, the program will pop up a dialog box, allowing you to choose to unlink a computer that has been previously logged into activation. After that, you can log in to activate the third device.
In XMind for iOS:
If you have already logged in and activated an iPad and you want to use XMind on the second iPad, after you enter the account and the password, you can log in successfully. But the first iPad will prompt you that you have logged in on another device and the login status on the first iPad will be lifted.
