How to find XMind 8 error log file?

If you encounter an unexpected error in XMind, please send the error message and log file to XMind Support Team at support@xmind.net. To find your XMind log file, please

 

  1. Click Help > About XMind from the menu (XMind > About XMind on macOS),
  2. Click Installation Details in the lower left corner of the window,
  3. Click Configuration, and then click View Error Log,
  4. Save the log file and send it to support@xmind.net.
