Why can’t I unlock the full version of XMind for iOS, even though I’ve purchased the subscription?

If you have subscribed to XMind for Mobile or Bundle, you can unlock the full version after you log into your account on the application.

Please make sure that the account is the one you used to purchase the subscription.

If you failed to unlock the full version, you can restore purchase on the device where you bought the subscription.

Please fellow these steps to restore purchase.
1. Launch XMind for iOS,
2. Enter Settings > Manage account,
3. Tap Restore.



If it cannot work, please send us feedback from XMind for iOS.
