How to find XMind error log?

Once you meet some unexpected errors or unusual things in XMind, please send the error message or log file to XMind support at support@xmind.net. Below are the steps to get your XMind log file.
  • Select Help -- About XMind from menu (XMind -- About XMind on Mac OS X),
  • Click Installation details button on the bottom of this about dialog,
  • Select Configuration tab, and then click View Error log,
  • Then you can review this log and send it to support@xmind.net.
