Once you meet some unexpected errors or unusual things in XMind, please send the error message or log file to XMind support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Below are the steps to get your XMind log file.
- Select Help -- About XMind from menu (XMind -- About XMind on Mac OS X),
- Click Installation details button on the bottom of this about dialog,
- Select Configuration tab, and then click View Error log,
- Then you can review this log and send it to email@example.com.
