I am a licensed user. I have saved a file on cloud from a PC, however when I try to use my macbook air to continue my work, I couldn't find the file under the "cloud" category. I thought OMG the file had lost, then I logon to the web cloud and I am able to find the file, edit it and save it "on cloud". Here I have encountered some problems.
1. I've upgraded my xmind to the latest version, still can't see the file under the "cloud category"
2. I click the "sync" sigh and it doesn't seem to respond.
3. I can't down load the file to my local computer.
Is there a way I can save file on both xmind clould and local computer in case the xmind cloud is not working again?
