I am also looking forward to a map export to html that preserves the hyperlinks. How about exporting the map as an image (like now) and defining hotspots of all the hyperlinks? http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_map.asp This would be a simple and powerful solution.
I use XMind to draw an overview of a technical installation. Each component has additional information and manuals that are accessible by hyperlinks. I want to make the whole thing public, but it should be read-only and it should be easy to acces. That's why I would prefer such a simple html solution to e.g. Evernote.
You can cheat by creating a node that contains the hyperlink. Since it shows up in the outline, you can highlight it from there, right click it and select GO TO. (cumbersome but works).
What might be even better is to enter the URL like this <a href="www.example.com">Hyperlink to Example Page</a>
This will show up as a clickable hyperlink in the outline. Better than nothing I guess. This shows how easy this would be to implement within the mind map itself as well. This is extremely basic stuff. Anyways, hope this helps some of you.
