for starters - thank you very much for this very useful software, I am using it on a daily basis (notes, project management and etc.). Keep up the good work!
Now to the point: spelling, dictionaries and support for Hunspell. I wanted to set a spelling for my native language (Slovak) and found either a small dictionary (not very complete) or an well-managed Hunspell one (used in Mozilla Firefox for example), which need to be "expanded" to an approximately 35 MB large dictionary file (which I did choose in the options and the XMind cannot find the typed words in the dictionary despite the fact they are there).
Thus I propose using a Hunspell-based spelling and dictionary support with the following benefits:
- complete and well-supported dictionaries (which are already used in projects such as Mozilla Firefox);
- small dictionary size (mainly because of the support for the affix file);
- nicely supported spell-checking platform with ongoing development.
Take care and have a nice day!
