Sync with XMind Cloud not workiing

I have licenced XMind Pro 8 Update 2.
First I started with a Map on the PC with XMind Pro. Worked find. Then I modified this map with the iOS App on the iPad. Worked. Then I recognized that it is also possible to work on this map in a browser via the XMind Cloud. Worked also. But back on the PC in Xmind Pro I was not able to access the map again. When trying to open it, I get the message: "This file does not exist. It may have been deleted or moved to another location."
When looking at the time stamp I see that it is outdated. But klicking the Sync button does not solve the problem.
On the other side, the map exists and can be edited both in the browser and in the iOS App.
Any idea ?

For me, this is a software bug, because the sync mechanism does not work properly.
After some trying I found a workaround: as soon as maps have been modified with Xmind in the browser or XMind on iOS, I have to log out from XMind Cloud in the XMind Pro applicaton on Windows. You are asked, if You agree to loose all local files which are not synced to the XMind Cloud. You have to agree (Delete and log out).
The reconnect with in XMind Pro to the Xmind Cloud and wait until the rotating sync circle has stopped.
Now You can access the map again.
Maybe this is of some help for others having the same problem.
For Xmind developpers: You should fix this problem (and You should enrich the functionality of XMind in the browser and on iOS).

What do you mean by "I have to log out from XMind Cloud in the XMind Pro applicaton on Windows"? Do you close the Cloud window, close the application or sign out and in from Xmind.net to get synchronised?

Hi Jua,
to Sign out:
Menu "Help"
-> "Sign out from XMind.net"
-> You get a warning that all files of XMind Cloud on this computer will be deleted, but kept on the Cloud. I asume, they mean the local copies.
-> "Delete & Sign Out"
To Sign In again:
Menu "File"
-> "XMind Cloud"
-> "Sign In"
Key in Your credentials.
Then the files from the XMind Cloud are synced to Your PC.
I assume this will take more and more time with intensive use of XMind.
So this is a workaround, but no solution.
XMind should fix this bug. Otherwise working on the same map from PC, browser and iPad is not really working.

Thanks for posting this. I had the same issue and your workaround is working for me too. Thank you!

To Xmind, I love the software, but you really need to fix this bug. We cannot sign out every time the sync does not work.

the map I worked on on my MacBook does not sync to my Mac Pro. I get this error message:

File does not exist. It may have been deleted or moved...
