Lost all my Cloud Files

I just lost all my cloud files. I have a red exclamation point in the upper right, that flash and Unexpected error message with number afterwards, but to quickly to make out.. Any thoughts on how to retrieve the maps. Went online, but they don't appear in the trash, other older maps do, but not my current ones, that are now gone.

This was on Windows 10 right after download and update to latest revision. Xmind 8 update 1 R3.7.1.201612151827)

I like Xmind and have used it for years.. but have to rely on a reliable cloud options. .

Second, there are many reports from users who have experienced issues with Xmind Cloud, search this forum. So you might want to look for other options.
