Installing Xmind for all users

Hello Support,

We need to install Xmind SME for all users.

When we try to install the source in system context (MECM installation scenario) it fails with following error. 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Start Menu\programs\Xmind.Ink
The specified path does not exist.

kindly help with correct command to install application for all users in system context.
