Size of floating Topic

Hello

I'm creating some items and I see that there is no place to manually change the size of the float Size, is this by design?

See the attached image. I created a floating Topic as a circle, all with font size 13 for the text.
However, the circle is increased or decreased according to the written word.
I want to keep the circle the same size regardless of the word, is there any way to manually increase the circle?

  I have the same issue with floating topics. Some come with a completely wrong size that cannot be changed, its very annoying.Like here:
  The left node is much too high. I cant find a way to change it.
