Problem: Hierarchy after Summary does not make space when Expanded

I have some map areas that go from a hierarchy [lets say of 10 entries] - broken up into two section with summary parentheses.  After that I expand it into another hierarchy (this time on the right side).  But I notice that when these are expanded/contracted - the space around them (unlike normally) does not readjust to fit the expanded contents in - and so you get overlapping texts.
