Xmind: Presentation - Slide Show Creation [How to create a slide with Closed Levels - as opposed to entire Map]

I am trying to learn to use the Presenation feature - which is something that I am very interested in mastering and using.

My problem/confusion comes when I try and create a Slide Show from a Map. 

Clearly I don't want each slide to be the entire map.  [You can't even read the text then]

I want to selectively go through the branches of the map - selecting which section to focus on (and how much to have expanded).  Then expanding - as I move to the next slide (to tell the story).

But whenever I create a Slide - I only get the entire map.  Something doesn't seem to be right about this.  What am I doing wrong?
