Where are markers?
Hi,
I just upgraded to XMind 2022 and find out, the lot's of markers are gone. Seems I can't add my own markers or manage them it self.
The markers are key feature for me, The stickers are too big to use.
Do I have any possibility to add markers? Or can you re-add the removed markers at least? I'm missing the markers highlight importance, "blocker" and other task-related markers removed in last version :(

I recognized the same. The weekdays and month are gone. The $-sign is gone, the stop-sign is gone. Thats very bad!!!
Markers have disappeared in the past with xmind6 and this was criticize already. Why do you to the same again?
Besides this - I'm still missing the feature from good old xmind8 to assign markers via shortcut. Currently this is only possible for the priority-markers but not for the other ones eg. the task-status-markers (which would be much more important).
UPDATE: OH MY GOSH - not only that its no longer possible to use these markers, the markers also got removed from my existing maps. So I now have to check each topic which were marked before again! THATS REALLY BAD!!!
So I cannot trust the markers. The consequence can only be to not use markers OR to not do Xmind-Updates.

I'm using XMind since version 8 for few years, but I'm new here on forum. Does anyone experience if somebody from XMind support/dev team can provide some statement here in forum?
Anyway, the XMind tool as whole is great tool and I love to use it on daily basis at work and home also.

I'm using the latest xmind with linux and of course I do not use the cloud. I used the $-marker to mark lots of nodes and I just realized that not only the marker was removed from the panel but also is no longer visible in my maps. In the filter-panel I can see that there is no longer any single $-marker in the map. 😱
I will wait a few days to give xmind time to read this thread. If there is no reaction I will email them.

It’s also caused me massive problems. Gone, not even just moved to paid. If i could have set the size and alignment of stickers it would have been less bad but markers were so much better. Even without the ability to search them. It’s also ridiculous to push the update so it could effect previous maps, luckily i have backups but I literally can’t open them for fear of losing important data. You can’t even copy and past them back.
