Xmind 8 Pro Update 9 - Adding .gif that plays

I am using Xmind 8 Pro Update 9

How do I make a .gif file that plays in the topic/subtopic? Right now, inserting a .gif file turns into a still image.

The alternative is to attach the file but I do not want to keep opening these files with a separate app, especially when I have multiple .gif files to attach. I want to see the .gif play in the Xmind app environment.

  I will respond to my own question as Tech Support responded back to me.

  .GIF files are not supported for Xmind 8 Pro Update 9, only for Xmind2020.

  In addition, there are no plans for this feature to be added to the Xmind 8 Pro platform.

  This is a huge bummer because I paid for the Xmind Pro 8 license expecting this feature to be included. This involves videos as well. I would love to input a youtube video on the main topic node and take notes while the video plays.
