Masterpage that links all other Maps

I am a new user. 

I wondered if I can create a Master Page with only Main Topics which when clicking on any main topic opens up in another tab the full mindmap for that Main topic.  The Center Topic being Master Repository 

 

Upon entering XMaps i only want to see the one master page that has navigation workflow linking me to each topic shown on the Master Page.  Is this possible?
