Customize toolbar

Hello !

That would be cool to be able to customize the icons in the toolbar in order to have the main functions we deem as necessary or not (a bit like the microsoft ribbon which can be customized by removing/adding icons) in Xmind 8 pro. Choice was made for fixed icons, and some of them are not interesting to me.

Consider adding this possibility please !
