HELP !!! Unable to paste image from clipboard

I am unable to copy/paste image from clipboard in my mindmap.

If i try to do it in PAINT, it works fine but not in Xmind 2020.

I tried to reboot, flush cache and so on, but nothing work !

Any suggestion would be welcome !

  Could you send us a feedback with the version of XMind 2020 you are using? （ You can check the version in Help > About XMind）
