If you have subscribed to Xmind Pro but failed to upgrade to Pro Plan, please try the solutions below.
Make sure that the account you signed in to is the one you used to purchase the subscription.
1) Sign in to your Xmind account on xmind.app,
2) Check if the subscription plan you purchased is activated in Subscription.
If your subscription is activated here, please sign out and then sign back into your Xmind account on Xmind to see if the features in the Pro Plan can be unlocked.
How to activate the subscription on Xmind for Desktop?
1. Download Xmind for Desktop: https://www.xmind.app/download/
2. Launch Xmind for Desktop,
3. Create a mind map (Windows),
4. Click「Help」 > 「Sign In」,
5. Enter your Xmind ID/Email with Password and click 「Sign In」.
macOS:
Windows:
On iPad/iPhone, please follow the steps below.
1) Launch Xmind for iOS;
2) Tap the "Settings" icon;
3) Tap「Sign In」;
4) Enter your email address and password to sign in your Xmind account.
On Android devices, please follow the steps below.
1) Launch Xmind for Android;
2) Tap the "menu" icon on the upper left corner;
3) Tap「Sign In」;
4) Enter your email address and password to sign in your Xmind account.
5) Then the full version of Xmind for Android will be unlocked.
If the subscription is unactivated, please
1. Make sure the account you sign in is the one you subscribed Xmind Pro.
