If you have purchased the subscription for Xmind Mobile, you can activate the Pro Plan after logging into your account on the application. Please make sure that the account you log in with is the one you used to purchase the subscription.
If you cannot unlock the Pro Plan, please try the following steps.
1) Sign in with your Xmind account on xmind.app;
2) Check in Subscription to see if your subscription is activated;
3) If your subscription is activated, please log out and then log back into your Xmind account on Xmind APP to see if you can unlock the Pro Plan.
If you cannot see the subscription info, please contact us at email@example.com with your Xmind account and payment receipt.
