If you have subscribed to Xmind Pro but failed to upgrade to Pro Plan, please try the solutions below.
Make sure that the account you signed in to is the one you used to purchase the subscription.
1) Sign in to your Xmind account on xmind.app,
2) Check if you can find the activated subscription in Subscription,
3) If your subscription is activated here, please sign out and then sign back into your Xmind account on Xmind for iOS to see if the features in the Pro Plan can be unlocked.
4) If your subscription is unactivated on xmind.app and your subscription was purchased from App Store, please try to Restore Purchase on the device(iPhone/iPad) where you bought the subscription.
