This article will show you how to view and modify your account information.
View your XMind ID:
1. Visit our official website.
2. Enter your Email/XMind ID and password to sign in.
3. Your XMind ID will be displayed in the upper right corner of the webpage. Click My Account and enter the account information management page.
4. On this page, you can view your subscriptions information, manage your devices, and modify personal account information.
In the page of subscription, you can see all the subscriptions under your account, including the products you subscribe to and their expiration time.
If you subscribed to XMind: ZEN from our website, you can cancel the automatic renewal by clicking Turn off Auto-Renewal.
You can remove your devices from XMind ID by clicking Unlink.
In the page of setting, you can view and modify your profile, including change your email address, change your password, delete account, etc.
If you accidentally entered a wrong email address when creating your XMind account, or the email address you used when you registered was no longer used, you can click Email to modify email. After you save your changes, you can use the new email address the next time you log in.
