absolutely no reply on support mail, paid account that is not present anymore even though subscription is paid - what is going on ?

 

anyone had success get any contact with someone from the company or has it gone bust ?

  I posted and emailed 3 weeks ago regarding the total failure of the iOS app's icloud syncing and haven't gotten any reply yet. You might want to contact your payment processor to reverse the subscription payment

  As of April 2023 they filed a lawsuit against their competition, so I guess they still exist?
