Leaf node alignment / highlighting

I use xmind for to-do list.

Often, the leaf node (without any child) is the actual item to do,

and they are often in different hierarchies.

I want to:
1. either spatially align the leaf node at the same level

2. or highlight leaf nodes (reverse the coloring depth scheme)
