Unable to see the changes in real time

Hi
I'm new to your platform, it's great but it's a bit confusing to me. I want to share a map which I created with my friend. I'm working on a map on xmind desktop software. For this, I go to File>Share>Xmind Share. It gives me a link. I give this to my friend and everything seems ok. Then I start editing the map, but he can't see the changes. 

How my friend can see the changes? Also, every time I share it, it gives me a new link, how the link be constant?
