Upgrade, Downgrade Rights and End User License Agreement

Hello All,

I would like to have answers to following questions.

1. If we are using the latest version of Xmind with active subscription then are we entitled to use the previous versions. If so, is there any limit until how many downgraded versions we can use that license.

For Xmind 8 with active support (maintenance) can the user use the latest version if installed. 

2. Is there any End User License Agreement in place, if so please share.
