Markdown copy/paste for IOS

I work with huge arrays of spreadsheet data on an iOS device. With no meaningful import from spreadsheet function that I’ve found, copy and paste from markdown is my only current solution. However, even this seems extremely limited, and I’ve not found a means to introduce new lines or other formatting through markdown. The tutorials about double spacing don’t help and I’ve not found a better solution so far. Any ideas?
