Paste and match style

Hello,

I'm new to XMind and I create my mindmaps by copying information from other mediums such as word documents and web pages. I'm using a Mac and I don't find how to paste and match style also known as copying text without style.

I need to reformat all my nodes to ensure that I have the right font, color and text size :(
