XMind.ai + Mapify + XMind Desktop = one XMind app & subscription
The XMind product family is becoming too fragmented. Mapify & Xmind.ai should just be features of XMind (paid add-ons), not standalone applications. The subscription model should break out the features of Mapify and Xmind.ai into paid tiers. One product, one subscription.

I agree. I remember a while back (10+ years) I bought Xmind8 which was a 100USD software, one time payment. Then I had to change PCs, downloaded it again, tried to log in and it did not work. Maybe I missinterpreted the activations, honestly I was too annoyed and busy to get really into it, especially since I was using Xmind for about 1/4 of my information, it was not my main thing. Recently discovered they still offer that desktop (non-subscription) version, then the subscription version called XmindPro, and now XmindAI. Too many different apps. I would be willing to pay more for the AI if I can integrate it into the XmindPro (which I am contemplating in investing in so I can sync with my phone and tablet). Do not understand the need to create a different program just for the AI. There is another mindmapping software called TheBrain, and those guys integrated the AI in the paid subscription plan. Perhaps I am wrong but it does not make a lot of sense to be honest.
