Zoom with mouse scroll without Ctrl

Hey,

I am annoyed by the fact that I need to press Ctrl when zooming in/out with the mouse wheel. There's no way to rebind this action in the settings. 

This is just not intuitive for me, I cannot help it.

  In my case, the mouse wheel works perfectly to minimize and maximize the map. All I have to do is pushing the Ctrl button while rolling the wheel.
