Is Outliner function available on iOS Version?

I was very impressed by the function called outliner.

I started to use XMind from windows computer and when I tried to find the same function on my ipad, I couldn't.

is it there somewhere, hidden, or it's not available yet? when will it be?

  it's not on iOS version for now.
