Feature Request: Footnotes

I think a Footnote capability would be a good addition.  For general notes about the map itself (as opposed to a note to attach to a particular node) - so for example to record/remind of the source for some division of the data into sections - I guess they could be printed to a separate page or if they are not extensive to the Legend.
