Additional Gantt chart timline scale quarters + calendar week numbers

I propose a Gantt chart timline scale for "quarters" in addition to "days", "weeks" and "months" to be able to show an overview of a longer project over several years.
Also I would propose to show calender week numbers as an alternative to the week dates in the time scale bar.
