Is there a way to automatically (re-)balance a mindmap?

As you can see, this mindmap is not properly balanced - the left side could come done quite a bit. Is there a way to make it so (and btw - this is AFTER clicking auto balance map in the map settings)?

  Click Format>Map and allow Topic Free-positioning in Advanced Layout, it will allow you to move the main topics freely. 

  Other topics are unable to be moved. 

  

  Topic Free-positioning only works with map and balanced map structure.
