Fishbone layout

When using the fishbone layout, it's very difficult to read.  Because of the horizontal layout of the fishbone and the slanting of the "ribs" that make up the text, all the entries below the backbone are practically upside down.  Makes it impossible to read.

Perhaps you could add to the left and right alternatives for the layout.  one that is vertical would solve the problem.  Head on top or Head on bottom, and the backbone is vertical.  Then the entries would be on the left and right, and would at least be close to horizontal and not upside down.

Or you could add a rotate feature and allow us to rotate the fishbone 90 degrees and we can make it vertical on our own.
