Pasting Image from Clipboard should insert new Node
The only thing that keeps me from subscribing is the way inserting an image from clipboard works.
In XMind 8 hitting CTRL+V created a new node and inserted the image into the new node with no Text. In the current XMind you put the image using CTRL+V into the current node replacing its image. I have no settings I can change and the only thing, I can think off, is hitting the INSERT key, creating a new node with a dummy text, hit CTRL+V and than I have to remove the dummy text of the newly created node, which is painful but tolerable for a free software for some degree.
Nowadays I did an install of the 'free' version on a work machine and it said, that inserting images is a 'pro' feature and is only available using subscription.
So I have to face it, either I pay up or I switch. If there is a way to insert images by also creating a node (without fiddling with automation or something) or I have to switch, which I would dislike and beside that I am quite happy right now beside this changed image behavior.
So the question goes, is there something I can do to get the image insert behavior of XMind 8 once I have subscribed (or using the trial version to check it out)?
Thanks.
