Images & How they Show up between the Web & Desktop Version

Hi 

Firstly, Can images not be uploaded in the web version? Because that has certainly been my experience. 

Secondly, After becoming a Subscriber (primarily so that we can use custom images within our mind maps)  I realised that While I can upload images easily on the Downloaded application version (Mac), it's not happening with the web version. 

Thirdly, Even after I have uploaded images in the app version on my mac, the same is not being reflected in the web version, I would imagine all devices would be synced in.

What am I missing, please help
