Portable version creates files wherever I open a mindmap

• Windows 7 prof. 64 bit
• Version: XMind 8 Update 9 (R3.7.9.201912052356)
• Current user has no admin priviliges 

Problem:

1. I have a xmind file located on my desktop 
2. The file name is abc.xmind
3. Xmind program files are located in C:\PApps\XMind
4. If I double click on the xmind file on my desktop, within the same folder that the file is located the following folders will be generated: configuration, workspace, p2
5. Also the file artifacts.xml is created
6. Within that named folders are 37 files with in sum ~1 MB and 51 (!) sub folders.
7. If I delete that files, they are created again if I perform step #4 again
8. If I move/copy (doesn´t matter) the file or create a new one (doesn´t matter), to an other location, then the mentioned files and folders are created there 
9. If I move that created files to the xmind program folder (overwrite existing files), xmind crashes during startup

Please help me using that portable version of xmind.
