Export Map and Outliner in one go

If I send people a PDF of my mindmap I'd also like to share the notes. Currently the outliner export is the only way to do so. I'd like the ability to export both the mindmap and the outliner in a merged pdf. I would also like the ability to only export items in the outliner if they have notes against them. This way the outliner becomes supporting documentation for my pdf export.
