Can I add non-topic items like call-outs, arrows, etc. to X-mind 8 maps?

I would like to add call-outs, text blocks, and arrows to X-mind 8 maps. Is it possible to do this?

In other words, these are things that are not topics, but visual cues to draw attention to various parts of the map.
