More/custom paper sizes for printing

Hello,

 

it would be great if the list of paper sizes for printing were extended --- in particular, I would appreciate support for the larger A sizes, i.e. A2, A1 and A0.

 

It would be even greater if, additionally, support would be added for setting a custom paper size.

  Totally agree.
  I have a A0 plotter and cannot really use it. (And was purchased largely for printing big mindmaps)
  This is elementary for decades in other software.
  Totally standard functionality ....

  +1 - I too would like enhanced support for large format printing - I have a large format printer and I would also like to be able print to large pdf files. Please add this support ASAP.
