Feature Request: Shortcut to copy and paste to xmind

I mostly copy and paste important info into Xmind. It Would be great to make this more efficient. I have to highlight text, copy, open x mind and paste. It would be great if there were a shortcut on the right click which pasted straight into Xmind.
