Keep notes window open or docked (desktop and ios)

I am evaluating xmind in Windows Desktop and iOS.  For Notes, is there a way to keep the notes window open or dock it as a panel on both desktop and ios versions?  I have not seen an option to do that, just hoping I am missing something.
