Extended filter with AND logic

Currently it's only possible to filter topics by only 1 criterion or by several criteria but only with OR logic. I propose therefore to have an option to choose also AND logic. E. g. filter all topics with marker 1 (e. g. "question") AND another marker 2.

  I think the main usage of a combined filter is an AND mode. e.g. "show me all items with priority 1 AND a blue flag"

  In any case it should be fairly easy to create this feature in the GUI by adding algebraic modes to every item. If AND, OR, NOT are to be combined, brackets have to be introduces as well. Ok, I'm getting carried away... :) ... so to start with, please just add the AND logic.
