Subscription required after time

When i first downloaded xmind i could link to a certain topics in the map and link to local folder and insert an audio notes, after time I'm asked for a subscription for those things after they were freely to use, any one know why is that?

  Hi Ayman,

  Inserting audio notes is always a Pro feature. To use this feature, an XMind 8 Pro license key is required. Have you purchased XMind 8 Pro? If you did, please activate your license key.

  Adding a hyperlink to a local folder is a free feature.

  Sorry mam, but right now I'm trying to insert a hyperlink to a local file or even to a topic in the map, and I'm asked for a subscription, and one more thing, when I'm trying to make a costume theme or edit an older one, I'm also asked for subscription, which was free in my beginning of using xmind, have you any idea?
