How to allow overlap in xmind 2020?

In xmind 8 you could press alt or shift and mover your topick so it wouldnt stick to any other topics. In xmind 2020 this feature doesnt work. Help pls.

  In XMind 2020, you can allow topic overlap from format>map>topic overlap.
